Abstract
Artificial Intelligence is revolutionizing Human Resource Management by automating routine tasks,
enhancing decision-making, and personalizing employee experiences. In recruitment, AI streamlines
candidate sourcing, resume screening, and initial assessments through intelligent algorithms and
chatbots, significantly reducing hiring time and bias. AI- driven tools also support employee
engagement by analyzing sentiment and feedback, enabling HR teams to proactively address concerns
and improve workplace satisfaction. Performance Management has been transformed with AI-based
systems that provide continuous, data-driven evaluations, moving beyond traditional annual reviews.
In learning and development, AI offers adaptive training platforms tailored to individual learning styles
and job roles, boosting skill development and career growth. Workforce analytics powered by AI assist
in talent forecasting, turnover prediction, and strategic workforce planning. Despite its benefits, the
integration of AI in HR poses challenges, including data privacy concerns, algorithmic bias, and the
need for transparency and human oversight. While AI enhances efficiency and insights, it must be used
ethically and responsibly to maintain the human-centric focus of HRM. Ultimately, AI serves as a
powerful tool that, when balanced with human empathy and judgment, can significantly advance the
strategic impact of HR in modern organizations. Learning and Development is another HR function
significantly enhanced by AI. Adaptive learning platforms use AI to customize training content based
on an employee’s learning style, pace, and job requirements. Virtual reality and augmented reality,
powered by AI, offer immersive training experiences, especially useful in roles that require high levels of
precision or safety. AI in HR offers significant opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and
strategic decision-making in human resource functions.
