Abstract
The paper enlightens the readers in understanding the concept of organizational behavior through experiential learning and it helps management students in active participation in the activities which is conducted to understand the concept. It aids to motivate the students in emphasizing the real job scenario at the workplace and how they indulge themselves in teamwork, communication skills, and leadership. A sample of 25 undergraduate Bachelor of Business Administration students is taken and the activities had been given to make them understand the management concepts which makes them understand their role in an organizational setup. After the end of the session activity, it helps students in understanding the importance of PEOPLE a huge element in organizational behavior.
