Abstract
The issue of employee burnout in today’s workplace has become one of the biggest challenges to Organizations. This is primarily due to the fact that most workers experience digital Transformation, high workloads, with blurred lines between their work life and personal life. The Old style of managing employee stress is typically reactive and does not effectively address the Complexities of what is happening in today’s work settings. In this environment, burnout Analytics is becoming increasingly well-known as an approach for organizations to use to collect Data to identify, predict, and manage the risk of employee burnout. This investigation will assist HR professionals to effectively integrate advanced human resource analytics through evidencebased HR interventions aimed at developing a burnout management framework. Furthermore, Burnout analytics leverages a variety of organizational data, including metrics related to employee Workload, employee engagement surveys, absenteeism trends, and sentiment analysis, to enable Organizations to identify and detect psychological strain in employees prior to the onset of poor Performance. Lastly, this investigation proposes an HR intervention model containing flexible Working policies, programs to promote the digital and physical well-being of employees, leadership Support mechanisms, and employee assistance programs that will assist organizations to decrease Employee burnout and increase employee resiliency. Ultimately, this framework for managing Employee burnout emphasizes the use of predictive analytics to support proactive decision-making By Human Resource professionals and to create a sustainable workforce in the future. By aligning Their analytical insights with strategic HR practices, organizations can promote employee Wellness, enhance productivity, and improve organizational performance over the long term.
